The title of the basin says it all. It fits right in with my old house bath that was remodeled in the 1930's. The fixture is well-made, heavy and with a lovely finish. The only difficulty was finding a suitable single hole faucet, but we did.

No problems with assembly or installation but I had a great plumber. Sink has a stylish, delicate look. Not clunky like my old sink. Because it is small it makes my bathroom look larger. It takes a one hole faucet which leaves ample space for soap, toothpaste etc. But I have to be careful washing my face as some splashed water has wound up on floor. Sink style is old-fashioned so you can't do a modern faucet and style is for a one-hole faucet. Try and find an old-fashioned looking one-hole faucet that isn't too high--it is difficult! I chose Rothbury by Moen and it looks perfect. Sink and faucet together absolutely gorgeous.
