The entire order arrived in a timely manner. It was easy to follow the status on line. The packaging was fine upon arrival. I also purchased the robe holder, the hand towel bar, the toilet tissue holder and the two towel bars. I had never seen these in a store, so was pleased to have some that were not like everyone else. I would highly recommend these.
